Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is government agency of the Republic of Korea which was established on April 1, 1991. KOICA is currently conducting official aid programs and technical cooperation, likewise supports the socio-economic development of partner developing countries. The Korea - Ethiopia Alumni Association (KEAA) was formally established under the support given by Korea International Cooperation Agency Ethiopia Office (KOICA-Ethiopia Office) which was established in 1995. The Main aim of the association was to promote friendly ties between the two countries through socio - cultural and educational activities among the members of the KOICA Alumni Association and the Ethiopian Society.
